Chalkboard Technique

Chalk Board Card Stamp Set: Carry On (Page 203) Hostess set, And Flowering Flourishes (Page 121)
Card Stock: Basic Black, Mellon Mambo, And Basic Gray Ink: White Craft Ink
Accessories: Big Shot, Ovals Collection Framaelit Dies (page 4 Spring Catalog) Embossing buddy, Water Color Pencils (Page 157) Stampin dimensionals,
Technique: Chalk Board, the embossing buddy is used to muddy up the black card stock to look like an erased black board. Pencils are used (white) for doodling. What I have learned is that a true chalkboard technique includes doodling and outlining stamped images. This technique is very addictive!

All Dressed Up!

I was thinking when I first saw these Framelits on page 32 of the Spring catalog, #131096 Clear or # 131095 for wood."Oh I don't need those"  And Then I Decided I did, and they are just too much fun!
The All Dressed Up Bundle you get the Stamp set along with the Three Framelits.  These easily cut stamped dress images or just from Card stock as this one and then I stamped a design on her dress from the set "Just Believe" on page 77.
I used the new Oval Framelits found on page 4 Spring Catalog # 129381.  I added a head to my "girl"  with the Small Oval Punch #120908 and Her hat is the Large oval #119855.
Just too too much fun.. You got to get you some and become the dress designer you know you always wanted to be.
Thanks for stoppin by !

Fun With Soda Pop Tops

These Soda pop Tops are in the Spring Catalog on page 24 129388 $3.95!  And did you know that our Designer Builder Brads on page 12 129329 $6.95 nestle inside them, when they are flatten?  To flatten these just run them through your big shot (using no tabs) and a cutting plate on top and on bottom of the pop top.
The inside are the Itty Bitties Found on page 25 128939 $20.95 for a set of 56! bitties that fit inside these brads!  These are so fun!  Oh Yeah and of course our punches match too!

Here's me playing!
This one is using the Ciao Baby! set and Crystal effects.  I recommend that you  let your crystal effects dry over night.
Get you some and you won't be able to stop making these!  I put pin back on some, Magnets, and made some in to necklaces, and they are great for cards and Scrapbook pages!

Photopolymer Stamps by Stampin' Up!

We've searched long and hard for just the right material to be able to introduce completely clear stamping. And we've found it. We're excited to announce that we now have wood-mount, clear-mount AND photopolymer stamps! The new photopolymer will be an addition to our stamp line and will appeal to all types of stampers. Our top-quality photopolymer has just enough give to create a perfectly stamped image every time and with the introduction of our firm-foam pads, let's just say they're meant for each other! Photopolymer stamps will also be unique, fun designs that will inspire you and provide more versatile options you may not see in our traditional wood- and clear-mount stamp options.
What makes them so great?
  • They're entirely transparent for perfect placement every time!
  • They are durable. The photopolymer material is designed to last.
  • Can you say sticky? (Don't worry; in a good way.) These stamps stick amazingly well to our clear blocks.
  • They're age tested. They won't yellow or cloud up over time.
  • They use FDA, food-safe material. How far can you stretch your stamping creativity?
  • We could go on, but we'll let you try them for yourself.
They are clearly a great choice.
