From the Catalog

First off I want to THANK all my customer's that ordered stamp sets yesterday at 15% off.  It was a good day for me and for Stampin' Up!
Many time I get folks ask me where I get my ideas.  Some from other talented demonstrators and most of the time straight from the catalog.  I launched a challenge for my team to take a set from the catalog and change the colors and the stamp set and make it their own.  This was what I did.  Look on page 14 of the catalog I too the one on the top right and changed the colors and used the stamp set "Snow much fun" from page 15.  I used the markers to color my "man" and added the vintage buttons and the large pearls, including one for his snowball.  Pick from the catalog and see what you come up with.  It's really fun!

Santa Suit Card

I got this idea from a fellow Demo, Ronda Wade.  I changed mine up a bit.  I made my dude have a shorter beard and changed the saying on the beard.  The Beard is made with the Big Shot and the Labels Collection Framelits 125598.  I used the Silver Glimmer paper 124005 on page 160 of the catalog,  Punched with the 1 1 /4 square punch and then 1" square punch for the rest of his buckle.  His buttons are from the Little Labels Punch Pack  126881, all punches are found on pages 182-185.  The "Believe is from the Snowflake Soiree set on page 5 of the Holiday Catalog.
This is one of the three designs for my Christmas Stamp a stack this Saturday.
Next one which will be new designs is on Saturday November 17th.  To register for the November one click here.
Thanks for stopping by and remember to BELIEVE!

Deciding on my swap

Well I'm home from Utah, been home several weeks, and thought I'd share my process of deciding on my swap for Founders.  Each year 125 of us swap while we are at the event.  Started with the Hello Friend
 Then went to this one
Then the Joy
Can you guess which one I used?
