Ice Cream, Popsicle, and Snow Cones

Ice Cream, Popsicles and Snow Cones!  Wow and that says Summer and Treats, Sweet Treats!  This set "Sunny Fun" from the Mini is fun to work with.  This is a card for card class tonight.  A Suggestions is to add some crystal effects to this and what them come alive!  Colors used are Pear Pizazz, Peach Parfait and Concord Crush!  Another combo straight off the color Coach!  I'm telling you if you don't have this tool, Get you one.  Order now!  It will change the way you make cards and scrapbook pages.  Thanks for Stopping by.  Stamp Something TODAY!

Butterflies and Flowers, My fav!

Another card for Card Class coming up.  "Flower Fest"  and "Happy Greetings" Stamp Sets  are  from the Summer Mini Catalog.  Another Basic Gray, Old Olive and Mellon Mambo, combo.  Straight from the color Coach!  Do you have this tool?  This is a must for card making and scrapbooking.  I would have never put these colors together if it wasn't for the Color Coach.  One thing I love about the set Flower Fest is that we have punches for almost every image in this set!  One thing I will do different, and advise the girls to do when they make it is to stamp the greeting in basic Gray instead of the old olive... Remember the "rule" to repeat your colors at least twice on your card.  This adds balance to your project.

The Open Sea

This is a design for two card classes I have coming up Saturday and Monday.  I love how it turn out.  It's another Z fold card.. I'm really into them at this time..  I used the "The Open Sea" stamp set from the Summer Mini, along with the designer Paper Nautical Expedition.  I Chose the rest of the colors based on the colors from the DSP.  Cherry Cobbler, Early Expresso and Crumb Cake. I punched the globe out with the 1 3/4 circle punch.  Had to add the baker's twine that you can also find in the mini.  You got to have all the colors at just $2.95 each why not!  Need Supplies, Email me
Thanks for stopping By!

Chalk Board or Black Magic

Tips and  Technique club made this.

First you will ink the image in White Craft Ink (This is a pigment ink) it is slow to dry.  You will stamp this on black or another Dark colored Card stock.  While it is still damp you will apply the pastels by daubing them on the damp image It’s ok for it to look a little messy.  Once you have it the way you want it, take the swifter cloth and wipe off any excess chalk.

Triple Layer punch

Have you ordered your Triple Layer Punch!  You will love it.  There are two different styles.  This one is the Blossom Bouquet Triple layer punch.  They call it that because you get THREE layers in one punch!  You can see these in the Summer Mini catalog on page 6.  This flower is layered on two additional punches and attached to the #2 Box that I cut out with my big shot.  It's easy to add a tag when you use the tiny tag punch and the Tiny Tags set.
This one is empty but I know some yummy Chocolate that would fill this right up!

Matchbook Scrapbook

The last two workshops that I have had there have scrapbookers attending.  I was ask to do something that they would like.  My Stampin Success Magazine ( a monthly magazine that all Demo receive) came in the mail and there was a "Matchbook" Mini scrapbook in there that was so cute!  I wanted to use the "Travel Log" set   The match book measures 4x5 when folded.  I cut the word "FUN" out with the Alphabet Simple Letters Die using my Big Shot.
Inside there are three pages that are not attached.  They just nest in side the fold of the matchbook pocket.  Every piece of the set was used along with several punches.  The girls were pleased with the project and very proud of what they made.  Thanks SU for suppling me with ideas.

Hostess Gift

Had a workshop last night at "Amy's"  So this is the gift I made and gave to her.  It's a note pad.  Cut with Big Shot, Used Chip board and covered with Rich Razzleberry card stock.  Also cut the Letter "A" with the Serif Essentials Alphabet # 113464 on page 207 of your catalog   The Scallop is the Scallop Circle #113468
Close up of the "A"  I have it wrapped in our large Cello Bag and tied with a ribbon.  The inside is paper you use in your printer.  Just Cut it with the same scallop and you have a not pad.  I punched a hole with my crop-a-dile.. Which is the best tool ever! It is attached with a Notebook ring.  I think it turned out really cute.  Amy liked it!  Book a workshop with me and you will get a hand made gift from me for hosting.

Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer Punch

Tried the new Triple Layer Punches?  Here are three samples that I wanted to share with you that I saw while on the ship.  These showcase the Blossom Bouquet.

These punches create three coordinated punch images with just one punch.  Images looked beautiful layered together or separately, giving you more creative options
# 122464 $23.95 (it's like three punches in one!)

New Kids on the SU Block

Well these are not the new kids...these are my table mates for the make and takes on the ship.
There's me, Patsy, Deb, Penny, Linda and Frenchie.  Below are the make and takes we made. The new kids are the new In Colors Calpso Coral, Island indigo, Wisteria Wonder, and Lucky Limeade are the ones we used for these really cool projects.

This is a cute book with a fun fold.  I'm sure I'll be doing this one soon at one of my events
The Belly band slips off and the stampset image stays with it so you can open the book
Not only is it a book but it has pockets!  You can just slip your pic or what ever right in!
This is a standard size greeting card. Some texture is added by the crimper and linen thread.  This one is much cuter in person that my photographic skills give it.
Another fun fold that started with a 8x8 piece of cardstock
Here is what the inside looks like... fun huh?
