Score at 3 ½” & 3 ¾ “ on each end

Insert: Cut Cardstock 3 ¼” x 11
Score at 3” on each end

DSP (designer series paper)
Cut two at 3 ¼ x 4 ¾
Cut four at 3 x 2 ¾

Outside cover
Cut cardstock at 3 ¼ x 4 ¾
