Halloween Box

 Made this for my Hostess for my private Class this Thursday.  The set is a Hostess only set that she can get with her hostess dollars   It is so cute and the punches that match are the new 1 1/4 scallop circle along with the 3/4 inch circle, I backed it with the 1 3/8 circle.  This new designer paper Howlstooth & Scaringbone is to DIE for...  So so Cute!

The ribbon is the 1/2 Striped sating ribbon on page 26 of your Holiday catalog, It can get over looked in the book but won't on your projects,  It is BEAU...Itful!  I topped off the paper bow withone of the new Vintage Faceted Designer buttons.  So cute going to be hard to give away.  Oh YEAH... These Kraft boxes are the bomb!  Food Safe Material, 4 boxes for $2.95  So fun to decorate.  See on page 161 of the catalog.

Vintage inspiration from Leadership

 These are more card ideas that inspired me from Leadership.  Again I don't know the creators, but would love to know who did these.  Some of these are hanging on the clothes line of swaps that is why they have clothes pins attached at the top.

 This one above is one done by Stampin' Up!  So so Beautiful  I am going to make me one!

Creating your own designer paper

 Today was spent in my stamp room (mostly Playing) creating the projects for Stamp Camp this Saturday.  I usually spend sometimes days looking at all the samples that are on sites to get that creative juices flowing.  Some times it's easier than others.  But once it starts... It seems I can't quit!  I love that.  Above is where I've placed three of the clear mount stamps  from the "Nature Walk" stamp Set to create my own designer paper.

 Here is how it turned out.  It was easy!  The images are stamped in Crumb Cake ink.  The Bird cage is stamped in Early Espresso  to give that contrast look, and then I cut it out with our wonderful paper snips!  I applied it with some Stamping dimensional so that it pops out.  Colors I chose are Early Espresso , Not quite Navy and Natural Ivory.  Light sponging around the edges and layered on top of the textured Vintage wallpaper design that was created with my Big Shot and the embossing folder.

I'm hoping everyone will enjoy making this card and want to try making their own collage to create their own designer paper.  This stamp set is in our current Mini catalog which is available through the end of April, I suggest you add it to your collection.

A little Vintage

This card will be one will do at my club. I got this idea from another blog..(sorry can't remember who's) But the focal point the flower is made with circle punches. 1 3/4,1 3/8,1/14, and 1 inch. THis is the Bella Blue DS Paper from the Idea Book and Catalog. You crunch up the circles and break them down with your bone folder and them stack and use your paper piercer to add your brad.. Keep working with it til you get the look you want ( It's a great card to work out some frustrations) lol. Colors are Not quite Navy, Kraft and Very Vanilla card stock with Not quite Navy ink!
