Here's the recipe
Spinach &
Cheddar Pie
Serves
8, Recipe by Ro Morse
2-(10oz)
pkgs frozen chopped Spinach
2-
cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
1-
pound small curd cottage Cheese
4
eggs, beaten, 1 tsp grated onion
pinch
of salt, 1-tsp lemon pepper
Thaw
spinach and squeeze dry.
Stir
together all ingredients and
pour
into a greased 9” pie plate.
Bake at 350 for a little under and hour
or
until the center just starts to get solid.
Let
set for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
