Here's the recipe

Spinach & Cheddar Pie

Serves 8, Recipe by Ro Morse

2-(10oz) pkgs frozen chopped Spinach

2- cups shredded Cheddar Cheese

1- pound small curd cottage Cheese

4 eggs, beaten, 1 tsp grated onion

pinch of salt, 1-tsp lemon pepper

Thaw spinach and squeeze dry. 

Stir together all ingredients and

pour into a greased 9” pie plate.

 Bake at 350 for a little under and hour

or until the center just starts to get solid. 

Let set for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.

New Addition!

Sadly my friend Kris is moving to Florida.  I bought her 5 cabinets from her stamp room!  It's a great addition!  I spent HOURS  moving things around and cleaning!  (sometimes I like playing and arranging my stuff as much as I like stamping)  I found stuff that should have been thrown out a while a go!!  If you are attending Camp Saturday you will get to see it in person!

We love color and we know that you do too. Color is fundamental to who we are and what we offer. It's important for us to stay up-to-date with color trends so we are thrilled to share our updated line of colors, and hope you will be as excited as we are by the new possibilities!

Why now? In 2010 we did a big color renovation and shared our plans for smaller color refreshes every three to five years to keep our colors on trend. Well it has been three years and we are excited to announce that the upcoming 2013-2014 annual catalog will include 10 new colors (most of which are returning In Colors from previous years)! We are welcoming back some of your favorites, moving some colors around, and introducing one brand-new color, so take a look!

Many of you have been in my home and have seen this.  I love doing things like this.  Stampin' Up! makes it so easy to add accessories.  The Create banner was made with the big shot and the Petal Cone Die   Flowers were made with punches and buttons and place in old spools that are wrapped with pieces of extra ribbon and material.  Take time to create!  It is good for the soul!
